Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing his late-career transition from brash pub-rocker to elegant crooner, 'The Convincer' is a masterclass in understated songcraft. The veteran songwriter delivers a deeply smooth, country-soul-inflected collection that highlights his unmatched melodic sensibility and weary, mature vocal tone.
