Brandung

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Steering clear of the harsh, experimental edges of their Krautrock contemporaries, this German ensemble delivers a sweeping, deeply romantic vision of symphonic progressive rock. The music heavily relies on majestic synthesizer swells, delicate acoustic guitars, and grand, classical-influenced structural ambition. The album successfully captures a distinctly European, pastoral sensibility tailored perfectly for fans of Genesis and Camel.
