Album Notes & Community Reviews

Striking a perfect balance between frantic hardcore punk pacing and precise thrash riffing, this release is widely considered the peak of the New York crossover movement. John Connelly's piercing shrieks deliver impassioned, politically charged lyrics tackling environmental destruction and governmental corruption. Its breakneck speed and tight, aggressive songwriting made it a staple of late-80s extreme metal.
