Album Notes & Community Reviews

Channeling the unhinged, primal energy of Captain Beefheart and free jazz through a scrappy punk filter, this release is a pinnacle of the Pacific Northwest avant-garde underground. Arrington de Dionyso's possessed, guttural vocal performances collide with jagged, out-of-tune guitar spasms and chaotic brass sections. 'Witchcraft Rebellion' operates as a manic, ritualistic exorcism of sound, entirely devoid of traditional pop structure.
