Album Notes & Community Reviews

Intended as the final release for Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark before an extended fourteen-year hiatus, 'Universal' pivots subtly away from pure electronic dance. Andy McCluskey incorporates live instrumentation, choral arrangements, and notable Britpop sensibilities into the group's classic synthesizer-driven framework.
