Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded across Venice, Amsterdam, and Milan over a five-month span, 'Beyond the Emotional Flood' is the seventh full-length album from Italian trio Open to the Sea. Structured into four distinct acts, the record channels feelings of distance and connection through a dense tapestry of ambient textures, electroacoustic experimentation, and modern classical string arrangements.
