Album Notes & Community Reviews
Orange Juice's debut full-length practically birthed the Scottish indie pop movement by infusing scratchy post-punk guitars with soulful rhythms and unironic romanticism. Edwyn Collins' playful, distinctly crooning vocals lead incredibly uplifting, bittersweet pop songs, establishing a highly melodic, quirky foundation for the coming C86 generation.
