Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Mutilator Defeated at Last' finds the band pivoting from the diverse textures of its predecessor to a more monolithic and aggressive garage-psych attack. The album integrates a new rhythm section featuring bassist Tim Hellman and drummer Nick Murray, who provide a tight, urgent foundation for John Dwyer鈥檚 overdriven guitar riffs and layered, hook-filled songwriting. Chris Woodhouse's production adds a notable polish and density, weaving in synthesizers and acoustic elements that enhance the sonic assault without sacrificing its raw, energetic core.
