Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning from a decade-long recording hiatus, the legendary noise-rock outfit delivers a surprisingly elegant, heavily orchestrated masterpiece. The album incorporates sweeping string sections and brass arrangements that contrast beautifully against their signature jagged, dissonant riffing and Eugene Robinson's manic, unpredictable vocal performances. It stands as a sophisticated, terrifying evolution of their deeply unsettling sound.
