Operating strictly on the fringes of the 90s chillout movement, the highly enigmatic Belgian collective Pablo's Eye crafts incredibly surreal, highly cinematic electroacoustic soundscapes. 'You Love Chinese Food' expertly weaves bizarre, disembodied spoken-word fragments and delicate acoustic guitar passages completely into lush, deeply hypnotic ambient techno rhythms. It is a profoundly relaxing, highly mysterious triumph of underground electronic music.
