Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Pat Metheny Group fundamentally expanded their sonic palette on 'Offramp', introducing the Roland guitar synthesizer and deeply atmospheric Brazilian percussion. The resulting album is an incredibly smooth, highly melodic masterpiece of jazz fusion, constructing a remarkably calm, nocturnal, and deeply soothing instrumental experience.
