Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Oktubre' is a profoundly dark, politically charged masterpiece that fundamentally reshaped the landscape of Argentine rock. Indio Solari's highly cryptic, existential lyricism tackles the oppressive legacy of the military dictatorship over cold, reverb-drenched post-punk guitars and chilling new wave synthesizers. It is an anxious, deeply nocturnal, and fiercely conscious cultural milestone for Latin American music.
