Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Winterk盲lte', the longest of Paysage d'Hiver's early full length demos, runs to six tracks of ten to twenty minutes each, performed entirely by Wintherr, the alias of Swiss musician Tobias M枚ckl. Its closing track 'Finsternis' is divided into three parts, and the ambient piece 'Einsamkeit' is built from field recordings layered with deep choirs. Wintherr also operates the project's own imprint together with Nimosh of Nordlicht.
