Periphery III: Select Difficulty

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The group's fourth studio full-length continues their refinement of high-precision rhythmic patterns and sophisticated melodic hooks. The production emphasizes structural clarity and high-contrast sound design, balancing Spencer Sotelo's versatile vocal range with intricate guitar counterpoint and polyrhythmic percussion. It remains a key artifact of the mid-2010s djent movement, prioritizing technical virtuosity within a radio-friendly metal framework.
