La sanie des siècles: Panégyrique de la dégénérescence

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut full-length from the French ensemble establishes their signature 'KPN' sound, blending raw black metal aggression with traditional folk instrumentation and medieval melodic motifs. The production is deliberately unpolished, emphasizing dissonant guitar textures and manic vocal deliveries that address themes of national decline and historical decay. It remains a definitive document of the regional extreme metal underground for its successful integration of archaic musical styles.
