Album Notes & Community Reviews

Abandoning their gentle folk-prog origins entirely, Italy's Pierrot Lunaire delivered a deeply unsettling, astonishingly complex masterpiece of European avant-prog on their final album. 'Gudrun' is a wildly eclectic, profoundly surreal collision of operatic vocals, modern classical dissonance, and jarring Musique concr猫te, representing a terrifyingly beautiful peak of experimental 1970s rock.
