Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally beginning as Rick Maguire's solo acoustic project, Pile expanded into a full four-piece band for this aggressively noisy, foundational release. The album cemented the group's reputation in the Boston DIY scene, combining ragged post-hardcore ferocity with complex, angular guitar arrangements and unhinged vocal delivery.
