Album Notes & Community Reviews

Invigorated by the arrival of Larry Wallis on guitar, the Ladbroke Grove mainstays largely abandoned their sprawling psychedelic jams for tough, street-level hard rock. Boasting aggressive, high-speed riffs and a distinctly cynical attitude, the record served as a critical aesthetic bridge between 1960s counterculture and the impending punk revolution.
