Album Notes & Community Reviews

Firmly rooted in the Polish 'Yass' movement, the trio heavily updates traditional acoustic jazz improvisation by incorporating subtle digital electronics and deep, dub-inflected basslines. The sophisticated compositions are deeply atmospheric, balancing highly technical musicianship with a decidedly modern, cinematic aesthetic. It established the band as vital, forward-thinking leaders in the European contemporary jazz scene.
