Album Notes & Community Reviews

Supported by an elite ensemble of Neapolitan session musicians, Pino Daniele brilliantly synthesized Mediterranean folk traditions with slick, American-style jazz-funk and blues. 'Vai mo'' remains a culturally defining record in Italy, celebrating the regional dialect and soul of Naples through flawlessly executed, highly melodic crossover arrangements[cite: 1].
