Building on their international reputation, Japan's Plastics delivered a frenetic, brilliantly surreal sophomore effort with 'Origato Plastico'. The album is a hyperactive collage of jagged new wave guitars, quirky synthesizer hooks, and distinctly satirical, Dadaist lyrics. The band's infectious, deeply eccentric energy established them as global pioneers of the zolo and art-punk movements.
