Album Notes & Community Reviews

The country-rock pioneers fully surrender to 1980s commercial pressures, integrating drum machines, slick synthesizers, and glossy AOR production into their sound. 'Inamorata' features guest appearances by former members Richie Furay and Timothy B. Schmit, but largely abandons their acoustic roots in favor of radio-friendly pop rock. The stylistic shift alienated their fanbase and led to an extended hiatus for the group.
