Album Notes & Community Reviews
Produced by Bill Ham, known for his work with ZZ Top, 'Second Season' finds the Texas-based Point Blank delivering a blistering set of hard-driving blues rock. The band relies heavily on aggressive dual-guitar riffs and tough, working-class swagger. It firmly entrenched them in the second wave of American Southern rock, prioritizing muscular boogie over sprawling country jams.
