Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Birmingham experimental pop group crafted an incredibly surreal, deeply aquatic-themed album that sounds like a haunted transmission from a sunken lounge. Rosie Cuckston's childlike, eerie vocals float above a bizarre array of vintage toy instruments, theremins, and sluggish, dub-inflected bass lines. The deeply mysterious, highly eccentric recording solidified their status as true outliers of the 1990s British alternative scene.
