Biography
Pram are a Birmingham experimental pop band formed in 1988, known for blending krautrock, exotica and dub with toy instruments, theremin and Rosie Cuckston's eerie vocals. After early albums for #Too Pure#, including 'Helium' (1994), they settled at #Domino Records# for records such as 'The Museum of Imaginary Animals' (2000) and 'Dark Island' (2003). Cuckston's departure in 2008 brought a long hiatus; the band returned in 2018 with 'Across the Meridian', sung by bassist Sam Owen.
