Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing the dark, labyrinthine lineage of Univers Zero, Roger Trigaux's long-running ensemble delivers a terrifyingly complex instrumental rock record. Driven by heavily distorted twin guitars, dual pianos, and relentless, shifting time signatures, the compositions possess a distinctly sinister, chamber-music-from-hell atmosphere. The album stands as a masterful, uncompromising demonstration of heavy Rock in Opposition (RIO) aesthetics.
