Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Screamadelica' is a massively influential, culture-defining collision of indie rock and the emerging British acid house scene. Heavily shaped by DJ Andrew Weatherall, the album is an incredibly eclectic, uplifting, and drug-fueled party record that successfully brought hypnotic electronic dance beats to a rock audience.
