Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the final appearance of guitar virtuoso Robin Trower with the band, this album features a distinctly heavier, riff-oriented edge compared to their predominantly keyboard-driven earlier work. The production highlights Trower's scorching, Hendrix-inspired solos alongside Gary Brooker's melancholic vocals and the band's trademark symphonic grandeur. The poignant track 'Song for a Dreamer' serves as a beautiful tribute to the recently deceased Jimi Hendrix.
