Album Notes & Community Reviews
Anchored by an astonishing, side-long 17-minute symphonic suite called 'In Held 'Twas In I', Procol Harum definitively cemented their status as early progressive rock pioneers. 'Shine On Brightly' is remarkably epic and fiercely progressive, utilizing incredibly poetic, deeply existential lyricism over beautifully bittersweet, heavily orchestrated art-rock and psychedelic pop.
