Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dominick Fernow celebrates the twentieth anniversary of his Hospital Productions label with this colossal, three-hour-plus opus. The record dramatically pulls back the screeching power electronics of his previous albums, focusing instead on incredibly long, glacial synthesizer drones and suffocating dark ambient atmospheres. It is a grueling, marathon meditation on sonic extremity and endurance.
