Biography
Prurient is the solo noise project of Dominick Fernow, founded in Madison, Wisconsin in 1998 with his label #Hospital Productions#. From the harsh electronics of 'History of Aids' (2002) through 'Pleasure Ground' (2006) to the synth-driven 'Bermuda Drain' (2011) and the double album 'Frozen Niagara Falls' (2015), it remains the defining vehicle of American power electronics, alongside Fernow's projects Vatican Shadow and Rainforest Spiritual Enslavement.
