Troubled Sleep

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dominick Fernow unleashes a suffocating, hyper-aggressive barrage of shrieking feedback and heavily distorted vocal manipulation. The abrasive layers of static and painfully high frequencies are deeply physical, yet an underlying, surreal emotional intensity occasionally pierces through the relentless assault. It is a defining, utterly uncompromising early document of the prolific American noise artist's harsh aesthetic.
