Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a commercial juggernaut for Bad Boy Entertainment in the immediate wake of The Notorious B.I.G.'s tragic death, this album heavily defined the shiny-suit era of hip-hop. The extensive use of recognizable 1980s pop samples and high-profile guest appearances propelled the emotional, deeply commercialized tribute record to massive multi-platinum success.
