Album Notes & Community Reviews

Masterminded entirely by Madlib, 'The Unseen' is a surreal, psychedelic milestone of underground hip-hop. The album features a pitch-shifted, cartoonish vocal alter-ego delivering humorous, weed-fueled observations over a brilliant, abstract collage of obscure jazz and soul loops.
