Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving amidst the pop-heavy, urban cowboy trend of Nashville, Travis's multi-platinum debut was a massive commercial catalyst for the neo-traditionalist movement. His deep, resonant baritone and the album's authentic, fiddle-and-steel honky tonk instrumentation firmly reconnected country music with its traditional roots.
