Bloodline

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the third solo venture for Depeche Mode keyboardist Alan Wilder, this project embraces a shadowy, cinematic approach to electronic music. 'Bloodline' utilizes extensive sampling, thick analog synths, and notable guest vocalists—including Moby and Diamanda Galás—to create a cold, atmospheric listening experience. The release highlights Wilder's meticulous production skills and his penchant for dense, brooding trip-hop textures.
