Album Notes & Community Reviews

Establishing himself as the edgy, street-smart voice of the French working class, Renaud struck a massive cultural nerve with 'Marche 脿 l'ombre'. The album relies heavily on Parisian argot (slang), blending stripped-down folk-rock arrangements with sharp, cynical humor and poignant social commentary on contemporary urban life.
