Produced by Buddy Miller at his home studio in Nashville, 'Electric' showcases the legendary British folk-rock veteran working within an unusually intimate, power-trio format. Thompson's incendiary, virtuosic electric guitar work remains the centerpiece, beautifully framed by organic instrumentation and a guest vocal appearance from Alison Krauss.
