Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arriving at the tail end of the decade, the Compton native's debut studio album immediately commanded widespread commercial dominance, driven largely by the viral success of 'The Box'. The project successfully marries aggressive trap percussion with his distinctively smooth, highly melodic vocal phrasing, solidifying his placement in the mainstream rap pantheon.
