Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing their long evolution away from primitive black metal, the Czech veterans delivered an incredibly eclectic, highly progressive heavy metal concept album with 'The Book'[cite: 1]. Big Boss's theatrical vocal performance grounds the band's mysterious, highly ritualistic exploration of the occult, seamlessly blending dark acoustic passages with grandiose gothic metal riffing[cite: 1].
