Defender

Album Notes & Community Reviews

After a brief hiatus from the studio, the iconic Irish guitarist returned with a forceful, independently released effort focusing heavily on his roots. 'Defender' showcases an increasingly hardened vocal style and fiercely electrified blues-rock soloing, shunning the synthetic production trends of the era. The album reaffirmed his steadfast dedication to authentic, uncompromised guitar music.
