Album Notes & Community Reviews
Famous for its highly controversial cover art, Roxy Music's fourth album is often cited as the absolute pinnacle of their sophisticated, aggressively elegant art-rock phase. 'Country Life' is an incredibly dense, fiercely energetic glam-rock triumph, matching wildly eclectic, remarkably melodic instrumentation with Bryan Ferry's deeply romantic, intensely passionate vocal hedonism.
