Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded during their final tour in 1982 before a lengthy disbandment, this archival release documents the band in a sleek, highly polished transition from art-rock innovators to smooth sophistic-pop icons. Bryan Ferry leads a massive backing ensemble that expertly recreates the lush, atmospheric production of 'Avalon' on stage. The album serves as an elegant epitaph for their sophisticated final era.
