Album Notes & Community Reviews

Backed by a formidable electric ensemble that included Chris Spedding and Bill Bruford, 'HQ' finds Roy Harper infusing his traditional acoustic folk storytelling with muscular, progressive rock arrangements. The album's sprawling centerpiece, 'The Lord's Prayer,' vividly showcases Harper's biting political and social commentary.
