Album Notes & Community Reviews

Rudimentary Peni's debut album is a suffocatingly dark, deeply unsettling masterpiece of British anarcho-punk. Nick Blinko's frantic, tortured vocals deliver fiercely misanthropic, anti-religious, and political lyrics over churning, mid-paced basslines and raw, abrasive guitar noise. 'Death Church' is a uniquely morbid, highly rebellious cult classic that bridges the gap between crust punk and deathrock.
