Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written and conceived while frontman Nick Blinko was detained in a psychiatric hospital, 'Pope Adrian 37th Psychristiatric' is an incredibly harrowing, deeply conceptual punk rock nightmare. The album is characterized strictly by intensely repetitive, droning hardcore riffs and manic vocals obsessed with religious delusions and institutional confinement. It operates as a terrifying, totally uncompromising glimpse into severe mental anguish filtered through British anarcho-punk.
