Album Notes & Community Reviews
Formed as a side project by members of Anthrax and Nuclear Assault, S.O.D. accidentally created the definitive crossover thrash record. 'Speak English or Die' merges the breakneck speed of hardcore punk with the heavy, palm-muted riffing of thrash metal, delivering brutally aggressive, highly satirical, and deeply vulgar lyrics. It is a wildly energetic, humorous, and culturally polarizing monument of the New York extreme music scene.
