Album Notes & Community Reviews

Breaking a staggering seventeen-year studio silence, the American doom metal pioneers returned with legendary vocalist Scott 'Wino' Weinrich back at the helm. The album is remarkably brief but incredibly potent, delivering their signature brand of Sabbath-worshipping, fuzz-drenched misery without any modern compromises. The title cryptically references a specific dosage of a highly addictive barbiturate, reflecting the band's ongoing thematic fascination with substance abuse and despair.
