Album Notes & Community Reviews
The formidable multi-reedist experiments with dense, groove-oriented rhythms while maintaining his fierce avant-garde improvisational approach. The recording is anchored by a propulsive, heavily funk and samba-influenced rhythm section, providing a relentless backdrop for his searing tenor saxophone excursions.
