Album Notes & Community Reviews
Saor's 'Aura' is a sweeping, cinematic ode to the Scottish Highlands, blending atmospheric black metal with genuine Celtic folk instrumentation. Andy Marshall creates vast, epic compositions featuring tin whistles, bagpipes, and strings that soar above the metal foundation. The album is notably uplifting and patriotic, capturing the grandeur and sorrow of Scotland's history and landscapes.
